Policy
To avoid extra fees your pet must be picked up before closing time. We may be able to accommodate for hours pickup with prior approval and arrangements. A $20 fee per dog will be added for this convienence. There will be no after hours pickup for Saturday and Sunday.
In the event you need to cancel your pet's stay, cancellation must be done 72 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any fees. Failure to do so will accrue charges accordingly.
