Jodi
Jodi is a 35 year old Human Resources Manager for a technology company. She works on a PC and browses the internet using Internet Explorer 8. Jodi is tasked with reviewing an application for a web designer and developer position to add to her employers IT department. She sees the applicants website on the resume and goes to see what kind of work is shown on the website. If the work on the site is interesting enough to her she will pass it on to the System Administrator for him to review.
Frank
Franks is a 28 year old web professional who browses the web using Firefox. He is always looking for other people to converse with about web design and other related information. He blogs about his field a lot and is quickly becoming somewhat of an authority in his field of expertise. He likes looking at other designer and developers's websites to see what new and exciting things everyone else is doing. If he likes the site enough he may plug it in one of his blog posts.
